Establish project expenses status, monitor operational expenses (make/buy investments, launching costs, supplier ED&D), synthesize global expenses including FTE and validation means, establish multi-year expenses view, guarantee data source and quality, build and update Risks and Opportunities portfolio, lead action plans to converge to targets, propose expenses targets to stakeholders, manage project annual budget, monitor project expenses and establish forecasts, control and validate expenses workflows, prepare project entry into mass production, compile closed list of remaining expenses, transfer budget to serial life team, deliver final status of expenses and lesson learned, participate in formalizing rules for expenses management.
