Responsibilities
Lead the operation and evolution of two strategic open innovation programs; Identify business challenges and translate them into opportunities for connection with startups and universities; Conduct scouting, selection, and evaluation of startups; Coordinate pilots, proofs of concept (PoCs), and co-innovation initiatives; Structure and track performance indicators; Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and governance; Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen the innovation culture; Plan internal communication campaigns and events; Act as a facilitator for innovation methodologies; Monitor engagement and innovation maturity metrics; Structure governance processes and rituals; Elaborate executive reports with analysis and recommendations.
