Responsibilities
Ensure complete accounting for one or more group subsidiaries, perform monthly closings including cut-off and provisions, control VAT declarations, prepare payment requests and account for banking operations, verify cash flows and establish bank reconciliations, track and account for intercompany rebilling, reconcile account balances and prepare annual closing files, act as key contact for external auditors and accounting experts, supervise and control entry of general expense invoices via Yooz, perform critical review of supplier balances, ensure compliance with internal procedures and monthly closing deadlines, guarantee quality and consistency of financial information, produce and validate monthly operational cost reporting, analyze variances (budget vs actual, year N vs N-1, contract vs actual) and explain significant variations, support operational teams as a business partner on expense tracking
