Responsibilities
Support local project management in industrial and SHE aspects of CAPEX project implementation, Develop and monitor implementation of CAPEX projects on-site, Define user requirements with all stakeholders, Assess feasibility of projects by reviewing design, costs, and deadlines, Evaluate environmental impacts and other project-related risks, Lead and supervise contractor personnel and provide technical consulting, Communicate effectively with colleagues, architects, contractors, civil engineers, consultants, and clients, Support process engineering solutions and concepts, Monitor budgets, schedules, and project scope for all projects, Support and monitor customer change requests, Create, review, and approve reports, Review and approve project drawings, Present projects to colleagues, project leaders, and senior management, Ensure all work complies with building permits, environmental and hygiene requirements, best practices, and safety regulations, Manage permits according to § 15 + 16 BImSchG and building permits, Organize and coordinate with approval authorities and testing agencies like TÜV and DEKRA, Rectify all defects during project execution before final acceptance, Prepare tendering procedures, Track tendering and award procedures and create offer comparison tables, Support and monitor cross-site standardization of technical processes, Monitor technical innovations to optimize projects and plants, Perform calculations for construction and structural work, electrical planning, and process planning or commission them and create all required work scopes, Execute projects on time within budget according to expected specifications, Adhere to SHE procedures
