Perform ITB contract review and scope of work identification; Ensure technical integrity and compliance with project requirements; Maintain project activities to ensure delivery within schedule, cost, and quality standards; Prepare project plans and various gate meetings; Develop project scope, deliverables, and document management system; Drive interface management and reporting; Review technical submittals from contractors and suppliers; Coordinate Technical Bid Evaluation process; Monitor project progress including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning; Manage pending issues and claims; Identify and report on key coordination issues and risks; Collect and compile data to support decision-making; Check and report on estimates and specification discrepancies; Review and submit functional and construction details; Support commissioning activities such as punch clear, walk-through, and handover document preparation; Prepare COB (Close-Out Binder) documentation; Coordinate with Client, local government entities, or other companies needed for project execution.
