Responsibilities
Drive productivity and reduce rework using Lean Tools; Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls; Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis; Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions; Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics; Ensure first time right execution based on approved drawings and BOM; Ensure compliance to ISO and Involvement in all QHSE activities including internal and external audits; Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time; Allocate manpower and resources to meet production targets; Involvement in BPS activities and co ordinating and driving RPP projects.
