Lead the project team integrating various disciplines (design, methods, special processes, production line, supplier, quality, supply chain, purchasing, technical validator), pilot the industrialization schedule for an aircraft part (external supplier or internal production line), initiate and update the industrialization schedule, alert on schedule deviations and manage recovery plans, retrieve deliverables necessary for industrialization progress, update the weekly industrialization tracking file (TIP), plan, lead, and write minutes for key project meetings, report on industrialization progress, pilot the supplier responsible for part fabrication in external industrialization cases
