Execute and deploy ME Project Management Strategy, Apply ME PM Standards and shape BU specific PM, Implement Project Portfolio Management consistent with ME Strategy, Ensure and track maintenance and quality of project data and success critical PM KPIs, Ensure proper organization of Steering/Review Committees of all Plant Projects, Coach and support Non-PEP / PEP Projects and PEP-Operations in Plant, Moderate Project workshops, Represent Plant perspective w.r.t. in ME Project Management network, Develop, implement, maintain, and improve all elements of project management for the Plant, Carry out PM maturity (self-)assessments, Issue rules and regulations regarding project management for the Plant, Foster an adequate competence level for all PM roles, Collect new products information from BBM Planning Process and allocate to the respective VS Project Managers, Assess to the Plant adherence to rules and regulations in project management, Consultation for nomination of project managers
