Engineer - Digital Insights

Project Overview: Support Hootsuite/ Talkwalker's Clients. Project is primarily platform implementation, onboarding and training. Responsibilities include: Marketing Degree Technical support to connect the platform based on Hootsuite/Talkwalker˜s Client's needs. Hootsuite and Talkwalker platform configuration (including dashboards, queries, filters etc). Training support during platform deployment. Supporting social listening efforts for Clients as needed as per Talkwalker's instructions.

Must have Skills: Customer care (Expert), Spanish, English.
