Responsibilities
Serve as primary NPI point of contact for Cold Plate and liquid-cooling material readiness; Own material readiness from prototype through production launch; Manage supplier commitments, delivery schedules, capacity constraints, and material escalations; Drive procurement strategies to support NPI builds and production ramps; Monitor long lead-time materials and identify supply risks; Partner with Engineering and Program Management to resolve material issues; Coordinate supplier recovery plans when delivery commitments are at risk; Track and communicate key material risks and recovery plans to leadership; Drive continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain execution
