Lead and support SAP S/4HANA projects across SD, TM, and BN4L modules; Configure SAP SD processes including OTC, pricing, billing, and delivery management; Configure SAP TM processes including freight planning, transportation execution, and freight settlement; Enable carrier collaboration through BN4L including tendering and shipment visibility; Ensure seamless integration between SAP TM, BN4L, SAP S/4HANA, and external logistics platforms; Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements; Execute SIT/UAT testing, support defect resolution, and participate in go-live and hypercare activities; Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements
