Lead electrical engineering design including equipment specification, single-line development, protection and control design, and layout optimization; Develop and review technical reports, engineering specifications, calculations, and design packages; Perform and review electrical engineering calculations including short circuit analysis, overcurrent protection coordination, and arc flash studies; Develop substation relay settings and protection schemes; Provide engineering support during construction including shop drawing review, RFI responses, site inspections, and punch list development; Serve as technical reviewer and quality lead for work products developed by other engineers; Mentor and develop early- and mid-career engineers; Support preparation of engineering proposals and fee estimates; Coordinate with civil, structural, and protection and control disciplines
