Lead team execution of production activities to meet KPIs and order fulfillment; Plan shifts and ensure adherence to production documents and daily plans; Deploy and train operators while maintaining skill matrices; Manage line start-ups, changeovers, and 4M change management; Identify and implement safety, quality, and productivity improvement projects; Analyze daily rejections and drive corrective/preventive actions; Maintain 5S, health, safety, and quality compliance; Troubleshoot machine issues and conduct tool changes and autonomous maintenance; Act as an interface between manufacturing, quality, purchase, and logistics teams.
