Responsibilities
Examine and consolidate financial data from various group entities; Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including notes; Produce compliance certificates and reports for internal and external stakeholders; Ensure consolidated results comply with financial clauses and thresholds; Perform annual forecasts, CAPEX tracking, and variance analysis; Manage accounting for newly acquired or created entities; Evaluate complex transactions and prepare corresponding accounting documentation; Collaborate with external audits and support verification coordination; Participate in updating accounting policies and Phase 2 of the EPM consolidation system; Maintain and optimize consolidation and reporting tools; Identify and recommend improvements to automate and optimize processes.
