Coordinate end-to-end warehouse processes from inbound to dispatch, Steer warehouse operations to agreed SLAs and KPIs, Manage Workplace Safety & Health procedures and risk assessments, Allocate resources for optimal efficiency and scheduling, Liaise with commercial department to manage stock lines and spoilages, Ensure accurate stock takes and maintain stock variation within tolerance limits, Coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping, Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch, Maintain relationships with external stakeholders (neighbors, suppliers, riders)
