Fully plan work orders including internal operations and service purchases; Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and tooling; Distribute weekly preventive maintenance work orders; Manage storeroom inventory and kit parts for maintenance jobs; Gather data and distribute recurring reports on work order backlogs; Review planned work orders and maintenance history for accuracy; Conduct daily walkthroughs with plant operations to identify abnormalities; Perform weekly and monthly air leak and 5S audits; Facilitate scheduling and weekly team meetings to review KPIs and performance; Interface with Maintenance Supervisor, Manager, and Engineering Manager to incorporate best business practices; Create work orders for equipment repairs and special projects identified by technicians or managers; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements; Maintain integrity of the CMMS database.
