Responsibilities
Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling; Use risk data to inform investment planning; Monitor overall risk exposure and assess against the remaining risk budget; Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels; Lead and run a comprehensive schedule and cost qualitative risk assessment (QCRA & QSRA) process; Undertake end-to-end project risk management practice on multiple projects/programs; Lead, manage, and carry out construction stage contract and claims management; Provide strategic, critical and professional advice on contractual issues; Carry out assessment of contractual claims in accordance with the contract; Evaluate delay recovery measures; Manage the settlement of final accounts with contractors; Create value stream mapping to quantify pain points and develop solutions to minimize waste; Collaborate on the supplier performance management program including the collection of performance metrics and tracking of supplier improvement action plans.
