Responsibilities
Manage cash activities including bank reconciliations, journals, and open items; Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual cash accounting reports; Oversee month-end book closing and reporting; Maintain up-to-date process documentation; Ensure team adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley, internal policies, and audit procedures; Identify and analyze complex issues and recommend solutions; Act as first-level escalation point for issue resolution; Provide regular performance and operational progress reports; Implement team business continuity plans; Recommend resource planning solutions; Set performance expectations and conduct regular reviews/coaching; Lead short-term projects and support medium to long-term initiatives; Develop stakeholder relationships by managing escalations effectively.
