Responsibilities
Ensure execution readiness of planning including approval and execution planning, detail planning, reinforcement and formwork plans, and MEP schematics; Systematically check feasibility and variants regarding material selection, construction methods, construction phase logic, logistics, and site setup under cost and schedule aspects; Accompany quality assurance through pilot areas, test protocols, documentation, acceptance coordination, defect management, and systematic lessons learned; Create and maintain the construction schedule (master and detail schedule) including critical path, buffers, milestones, and dependencies using phasing planning, Last Planner, and weekly control; Coordinate construction processes including capacity and resource planning as well as construction phase and interface coordination between different trades; Initiate and lead construction progress meetings and transparent steering using key figures
