Responsibilities
Operate and further develop the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform with a strong focus on Apple, iOS, and JAMF. Define and maintain configuration profiles, security baselines, compliance controls, and enrollment processes for mobile devices. Oversee system management platforms (e.g., Landesk) to support patching, software distribution, and update lifecycle activities. Operate and further develop the Intune endpoint management platform for all mobile devices incl. hand held scanners on the shopfloor. Manage packaging, testing, and deployment of software across heterogeneous client environments. Support and optimize macOS, Windows, and VDI client environments. Participate in architecture reviews and propose improvements across client technologies.
