Own and deliver assigned network infrastructure projects end-to-end from design to handover; Manage the CoE Network ITSM queue for triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of P1/P2/P3 incidents; Fulfil network service requests including device installation and configuration changes; Create and maintain project artefacts including LLDs, HLDs, BoMs, and implementation plans; Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to remove blockers; Contribute to capacity planning, lifecycle management, and technology refresh roadmaps.
