Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for asset management and maintenance; Translate requirements into functional specifications aligned with business objectives; Advise stakeholders on EAM best practices and native Maximo features to minimize customizations; Analyze existing processes and design improvements based on data and operational efficiency; Evaluate functional impacts of solution evolutions and proposed changes; Produce and maintain key documentation including processes, requirements, use cases, and test scenarios; Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverable quality; Participate in the design, evolution, maintenance, and lifecycle of the IBM Maximo MAS solution; Support data management and consistency, resolve complex issues (Level 3), and act as a point of contact with vendors (Level 4); Facilitate workshops and support change management, including training and knowledge transfer to users.
