Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project programmes; Produce baseline schedules, progress updates, recovery programmes, and look-ahead plans; Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays, and programme impacts; Carry out critical path analysis and recommend mitigation and recovery actions; Coordinate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and site delivery teams; Support planning activities for possessions, access constraints, and operational railway requirements; Prepare and present programme reports for internal and client stakeholders; Ensure programmes align with project milestones, contract requirements, and delivery strategies; Support change management and assess programme impacts associated with variations and compensation events; Assist with tender planning and pre-construction scheduling activities; Participate in project progress meetings and planning workshops.
