Develop detailed 3D BIM models for structural elements; Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP models; Prepare, update, and maintain GA drawings; Adhere to and enforce BIM Execution Plan and modelling standards; Maintain model health, file structure, and version control; Interpret engineers' calculations and convert them into accurate BIM models; Guide and mentor junior modelers and perform QA/QC; Prepare project deliverables (models, IFC, COBie); Maintain clash reports and coordination logs.
