Interact with sales and engineering teams during the bidding phase, execute new sales projects and modernization projects, organize projects using the BEUMER Stage Gate model, lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage key project processes, identify and manage opportunities and risks, ensure global project delivery regarding quality, capacity, technical aspects, deadlines, and finances, develop and update project calendars, create financial reports and control budgets, provide technical clarification to engineering teams and support on-site during installation and commissioning, prepare reports and track project tasks, coordinate meetings with clients and internal alignment, follow up on open points and accelerate critical activities, maintain project documents and manage changes, conduct site visits for progress meetings with clients and suppliers
