Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture application requirements and functional gaps, perform competitive analysis in Physical AI, define product specifications and evaluate existing capabilities (perception, pose estimation, grasping intelligence, trajectory planning), manage the GRIIP product roadmap including VLA support, prepare detailed briefs for new AI features, lead quarterly product reviews, contribute to sales enablement and go-to-market training, track key product performance metrics (grasp success rate, cycle time, deployment speed, application coverage), organize and prioritize the backlog across IA/ML, perception, and motion planning, decompose product briefs into sequenced tickets, prepare and lead sprint launches, perform business-side QA validations, collaborate with software and HR teams to ensure resource availability, plan dedicated time for technical debt and bug fixes
