Responsibilities
Serve as primary AI/ML advisor to key enterprise clients and translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions. Lead and grow a team of AI/ML Engineers, including hiring and performance management. Architect and oversee end-to-end ML and GenAI pipelines for client transformation projects. Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple concurrent projects, including steering committees and escalation management. Mentor team members and create individual development plans.
