Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems; Conduct filter changes, coil cleaning, belt and pulley replacements, bearing and pump seal repairs; Diagnose and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment; Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards; Conduct risk assessments and develop pre-work safety plans; Review and manage assigned work orders; Estimate time and materials for repairs; Transport tools and materials to job sites; Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices
