Responsibilities
Analyze and manage customer requirements and ensure proper breakdown into system, component, and software requirements; Coordinate internal development teams to define and align the technical solution for the LCV eAxle system; Support the integration of the LCV eAxle system into the customer vehicle, including system layout, thermal management, and E/E architecture interfaces; Organize and coordinate calibration, testing, and validation activities; Lead technical problem analysis and troubleshooting during the development phase; Monitor project technical milestones, identify potential risks, and drive mitigation actions; Ensure technical readiness of the system, components, and software to support project milestones and customer deliverables.
