Support preparation of SIAs and ESIA reports including baseline studies and mitigation measures; Design, implement, and monitor RAPs and LRPs; Provide technical guidance to project owners and government counterparts; Review resettlement and compensation plans for compliance; Conduct fieldwork, stakeholder consultations, and socio-economic surveys; Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports; Contribute to stakeholder engagement plans and GRMs; Liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
