Examine field conditions and design documents to represent details in energy models; Perform advanced energy modeling analysis for high-rise commercial and residential buildings; Model building HVAC systems including chilled water, hot water, DX, rooftop units, and variable air volume systems; Assemble documentation on modeling methods, assumptions, and results; Execute energy auditing, benchmarking, data gathering, and measurement & verification; Perform energy savings and lifecycle cost analyses; Develop and write reports detailing building components and energy efficiency measures; Perform quality checks and quality assurance for team tasks; Provide feedback to project teams on cost-effective ways to improve building energy performance
