Responsibilities
Develop basis of design, system architecture, and design deliverables for CCTV, ACS, IDS, and perimeter security; Prepare single line diagrams, schematics, device layouts, and camera coverage studies; Produce equipment schedules, Bill of Materials, and network block diagrams; Define storage, bandwidth, retention, and video analytics requirements; Develop control room and Security Control Centre layouts; Define interfaces with OCC/CC operations and coordinate with Telecom/ICT/SCADA/BMS/EMS systems; Ensure coordination with fire alarm, egress, lifts, and building management systems; Support operational philosophy including alarm zoning and access levels.
