Provide RFQs based on customer input, coordinate internal readiness for project launch (process, material, tooling), plan and produce EWAK and C/D samples, own Engineer Change (ECR) implementation and status tracking, drive QCD KPIs and prepare monthly reports, support quality issue resolution and risk assessment, lead process improvement for cost reduction, obtain customer approval for new lines or process changes, conduct customer visits and audits.
