Perform structural assessments under static, dynamic, seismic, thermal, uplift, and hydraulic load conditions; Develop and review detailed structural calculations, design drawings, specifications, and technical reports; Coordinate with hydraulic, geotechnical, and civil engineers; Assess crack control, durability, abrasion, cavitation risk, and long-term performance; Review and optimize concrete mix designs, reinforcement detailing, joint layouts, and construction sequences; Review contractor design submissions, temporary works, and construction methodologies; Provide technical support during construction including site inspections and resolution of non-conformances; Contribute to dam safety reviews, condition assessments, rehabilitation, and upgrade projects
