Lead Controlling Business Partners towards RBCD Value Streams; Support Management Team to Deploy / Tracking Business target to ensure overall Product Gross Margin, EBIT Achievement and Company level Target fulfillment; Ensure Commercial KPIs are established, measured and achieved and drive the monthly Product P&L review; Responsible for business case analysis and detailed return on investment for strategic programs, and Capital investment; Take the lead in plant annual budget exercise and monthly rolling forecast; Follow / tracking Product Target Costing & Should-Cost; Be responsible for overall team competency build up, Standardize Key Processes, Digitalization and Realize Team Efficiency Improvement 10% Per year.
