Review datasheets for result availability, insert product photos into report templates, update client-specific requirements in templates, communicate with lab technicians and customer service to clarify information, input remarks and chemical result tables, distribute pass/fail reports per client requirements, upload reports to SGS and client systems (e.g., JPMA, SGS Smart), release results within Turnaround Time (TAT).
