Supervise subcontractors and site activities per drawings and schedules; Review drawings, PandIDs, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP); Coordinate with inspectors, auditors, and regulatory bodies; Monitor performance and serviceability of mechanical plant and control systems; Assess technical proposals for mechanical upgrades; Plan and coordinate work-related activities and clearing MCWD punches; Ensure safe conditions and construction quality; Manage construction progress via quantity checks; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and 3-week construction plans; Record Best Practices and Lessons Learned; Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve interface issues.
