Establish inspection and test plans (ITP) and record forms per project requirements; Verify welder approvals and ensure only approved welders are used; Inspect incoming material deliveries and reject non-compliant items; Coordinate inspections with clients and subcontractors; Control Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and prepare Corrective Action Plans; Witness Procedure Qualification (PQR/WPS) and Welder Qualification tests; Monitor heat treatment requirements (pre-heat, PWHT); Conduct preparatory meetings with subcontractors regarding welding definable features.
