Responsibilities
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for capital investments; Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from launch to mechanical completion; Monitor and control project budgets and timelines; Develop basic and detailed design of plants and equipment; Prepare project technical documentation including P&IDs and drawings; Supervise installation and integration of new equipment; Coordinate contracts with suppliers; Manage non-compliance risks in quality and safety; Supervise factory and site acceptance tests; Collaborate on validation and qualification activities; Prepare project status reports; Support fault analysis and identify improvement opportunities; Promote adoption of innovative technologies; Provide technical support for operator training; Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures; Manage and optimize the technical archive; Prepare and update SOPs and quality reports; Evaluate and select suppliers and materials.
