Responsibilities
Meet manufacturing line direct productivity (DP) and internal defect cost (IDC) KPIs; lead production line layout and material flow planning; perform big data analysis to troubleshoot OEE losses; conduct process capability studies; establish standardized work through time studies and ergonomics; optimize line balancing; maintain manufacturing engineering documents; lead cost reduction activities; coordinate component qualification builds; train supervisors and operators; troubleshoot process and quality problems; participate in audits and corrective actions; lead A3 improvement projects; support new project milestone builds (B, C, D samples).
