Project Title: Dissection of the hematological tumor microenvironment and its application in advanced therapies.
Responsibilities:
• Processing of human biological samples: blood, fresh/frozen tissue, and paraffin-embedded tissue.
• Histological sectioning using microtome and cryostat.
• DNA/RNA extraction, quantification, and quality control from blood and FFPE samples.
• PCR, qPCR, and RT-PCR.
• Sample preparation for spatial transcriptomics using Visium technology.
• Cell culture maintenance, media preparation, and cryopreservation.
• Cell nucleofection for functional assays and cellular reprogramming.
• Sample preparation for spectral cytometry and liquid biopsy studies.
• Preparation of commonly used buffers, reagents, and solutions.
• Management of orders, inventory, traceability, and sample storage.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Previous experience in biomedical research, molecular biology, histology, or cell culture laboratories.
• Basic knowledge of human biological sample processing and laboratory safety procedures.
• Experience or familiarity with DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, and RT-PCR.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate sample records.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic computer skills for sample tracking, inventory management, and data recording.
• Basic technical English for reading protocols and scientific documentation.
