Responsibilities
Ensure construction drawings are followed by EPC Contractor, Supervise specified construction operations in accordance with EPC documents and laws, Manage overall master schedule including interfaces between contractors, Monitor progress against milestones and verify material/equipment receiving, Coordinate weekly construction meetings with EPC Contractor, Detail monitoring of construction works and report deficiencies with corrective actions, Support Owner's HSE Manager in implementing HSE Management Plan, Review and validate weekly construction forecasts and Monthly Progress Reports, Elaborate weekly construction progress reports, Review and validate EPC Contractor's Punch List, Maintain photographic/video records of site conditions before and after project commencement, Implement consistent labeling system for major project components, Investigate incidents and prepare relevant reports
