Responsibilities
Lead local accounting operations including general ledger management and reconciliations; Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local GAAP and U.S. GAAP; Prepare and review statutory financial statements and regulatory filings; Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities; Oversee local tax compliance; Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies; Partner with Corporate Controller and global accounting team for consolidation; Support monthly and quarterly corporate close and variance analysis; Develop scalable accounting processes and systems; Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Operations; Provide financial insights to local leadership; Manage and mentor the local accounting and finance team; Support cross-border transactions, intercompany accounting, and transfer pricing; Assist with new product launches, entity structuring, and market expansion initiatives
