Responsibilities
Lead, support and mentor employees and contractors to achieve performance targets; Coordinate multiple builds through to completion ensuring deadlines and budgets are met; Plan labour, materials, contractors and services to maintain efficient workflow; Monitor work practices and contractor performance; Coordinate quality inspections and ensure drawings are communicated; Maintain safe systems of work and ensure WHSEQ procedures are followed; Contribute to production planning and continuous improvement initiatives
