Design, fabricate, and validate tooling/fixtures/GSE for structural prototypes; Iterate tooling concepts for changing designs; Partner with structures/test/manufacturing teams on integration flow; Perform mechanical checks and hands-on trials; Maintain configuration control and safety standards; Support build/integration/inspection of primary/secondary assemblies; Act as interface between design engineers and technicians; Identify integration challenges and develop creative solutions; Provide real-time design feedback based on build experience; Support structural testing campaigns; Develop and refine prototype manufacturing processes; Drive continuous improvement of tooling/build approaches; Resolve non-conformances through troubleshooting; Coordinate internal/external fabrication resources.
