Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end inventory of vehicle parts, tools, and consumables across operational sites; Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid operational disruptions; Coordinate with external suppliers and OEM partners to secure availability of required components; Track incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring accuracy in inventory systems and records; Manage warranty parts processing, returns, and documentation in line with procedures; Support cost tracking and assist in maintaining budget control for parts and supplies; Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to forecast parts demand based on planned activities; Support scheduled maintenance programs and fleet update or upgrade campaigns; Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of parts in warehouse and workshop environments; Maintain high levels of data accuracy across inventory and procurement systems; Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce operational delays
