Lead complex multi-workstream Finance Transformation engagements from diagnostic to stabilization; Serve as engagement or EPM solution lead accountable for delivery quality and value realization; Design finance diagnostics and target operating models including process design and governance; Lead vendor/software selection and technology implementation; Partner with Directors and Partners to manage engagement risk and financial performance; Define and control project scope, assumptions, and change management; Establish trusted relationships with senior finance leaders as long-term advisors; Own and expand the Finance Transformation and EPM revenue pipeline; Design and develop differentiated transformation offerings integrating strategy, EPM, data, and AI; Coach and develop Finance Transformation professionals; Lead the development and scaling of Finance Transformation capabilities and offerings.
