Responsibilities
Coordinate daily cement orders and allocate loads to external transport providers; Plan and monitor deliveries from sites to customers; Manage orders and delivery requirements across phone, email and electronic systems; Monitor vehicle movements, loading activity and dispatch through GPS and weighbridge systems; Coordinate product blending requirements and monitor inventory; Maintain accurate transport records, dockets, manifests and daily run sheets; Complete transport reporting and support compliance activities
