Role Overview:
The Manufacturing IT Launch Program Manager is responsible for managing the launch of IT initiatives within the manufacturing environment. This role ensures that IT solutions are effectively integrated into manufacturing processes to support operational efficiency, innovation, and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT launch programs within the manufacturing environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT program management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and technologies relevant to manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive program success.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT program management or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with ITIL, Agile, or other project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and IT systems such as ERP, MES, and PLM.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex programs and deliver results on time.
