Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options, Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math), Ability to understand trading logics, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems, Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products including but not limited to Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts, Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions, Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch, Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users, Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices
